Artificial intelligence has entered every corner of our lives, and the real estate market is no exception. But at Dubadu, AI isn’t just a tool — it’s becoming a true guide to the world of homes, investments, and opportunities.

We’re building a platform where every video, every property, and every search adapts to you — as if AI understands you better than you understand yourself.
If we break our approach down, there are three levels of solutions: those already in use today, those in development, and long-term innovations. Let’s dive in.
Smart video algorithms: content that knows you
As a video-first platform, our initial AI implementation focused on video recommendations. Here’s how it works: we build a behavioral vector for each user, analyzing which videos capture your attention, where your gaze lingers, and which properties you revisit.
For example, if you can’t take your eyes off a townhouse priced at $300,000, we note that and begin showing you similar listings in that range. When your interests shift, the system recalculates your behavioral vector. Every change in user behavior is treated as a signal for AI to update your feed. The platform constantly adapts, adjusting to your moods and your dreams.
Property descriptions for agents: expert text, written by AI
If you’re a real estate agent, AI can generate professional property descriptions — available in three styles: short, medium, or detailed.
The system considers everything: location, sales history, proximity to schools, gyms, and childcare facilities. The more data collected about a property and its neighborhood, the more precise and valuable the descriptions become.
The result? Buyers see accurate, professional descriptions while agents save time on routine tasks and focus on what matters most — closing deals.
Multilingual support: finding your language
Dubadu already supports multiple languages.
AI translates the platform, and then native speakers review every line to make sure the text feels natural and literary — not like a clunky machine translation, but content that’s easy and pleasant to read.
Wikidu: the company knowledge base
Using AI, we’ve built an internal knowledge base called Wikidu — a vast archive of company information and processes across departments. Any team member can quickly understand what each department does, speeding up communication and boosting team efficiency.
Photo categorization made simple
When an agent uploads property photos, AI automatically analyzes each image and sorts them by category: bedrooms, living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and more.
This classification makes browsing photos faster and easier for agents, while clients can instantly understand a property’s layout. With every new upload, the algorithms continue to learn, making categorization even more accurate and better suited to real-world workflows.

What’s in development: reality gets smarter with Dubadu
FAQ: a conversation, not a script
Coming soon to the platform is an interactive FAQ block — but this isn’t your standard list of dull questions and answers. It’s a dynamic, conversational dialogue.
Want to know how Dubadu works? Just ask — and get a response that feels like a conversation with a colleague, not a chatbot. It’s communication that’s simple, intuitive, and genuinely helpful.
Real-world distance calculations
We’re actively developing a feature that shows real-time distances between properties and key locations.
AI is loaded with massive amounts of data on city amenities: restaurants, schools, childcare centers, and more. Using this data, we calculate precise distances — such as the walking time from your apartment to a school, park, or your favorite café.
These insights help users make decisions based on real-world information. In the future, this functionality will power more advanced features: from detailed neighborhood descriptions to integration with a voice assistant we’re currently building.
AI-generated video tours
Based on property cards and uploaded content — photos, descriptions, and key data — AI can already generate short video snippets of listings. For now, these are brief clips, 8–9 seconds long.
While today’s technology doesn’t yet allow for fully automated long-form video tours, short segments can be stitched together into scenes, creating a cohesive and immersive video overview. Even now, users can get a vivid first impression of a property without ever stepping inside.
Location search: explore neighborhoods with AI
Another important upcoming feature is real-time location-based property search.
If you’re in a particular area and turn on location mode, the platform will show you all available properties nearby — whether for rent or sale.
You can refine the search with filters that matter most to you or simply explore what’s around. You can also select any neighborhood on the map, see every available video tour in that area, and access all the information you need to make an informed decision.

Global expansion
Our goal is to become a truly global platform for buying and renting real estate — think Airbnb for apartments or Booking.com for houses.
The broader our reach, the more convenient it is for users: you’ll be able to search for homes anywhere — from China to the U.S., from Europe to the UAE.
Our roadmap includes coverage in over 100 countries and partnerships with local developers. Agents will be able to work with properties instantly, and users will have a seamless, closed-loop experience: from discovering a home to completing a deal, all in one platform. All the data in one place, every property accessible, and every process fully automated — a truly borderless real estate service.
Personal Assistant: Your Future Guide in the World of Real Estate
All the data we are carefully collecting and structuring today will soon power the creation of a personal assistant. Imagine this: in the future, artificial intelligence will know everything about your preferences, budget, lifestyle, family size, and even your age. If any information is missing, the assistant will simply ask and adjust to your way of life.
Looking for a home for yourself? The assistant will be able to recommend options perfectly tailored to your needs. Are you an investor? The system will analyze new developments, forecast price trends, and highlight the most promising opportunities — whether that’s a new residential complex in Bali or a neighborhood near the future Disneyland in Abu Dhabi. You’ll be able to set precise filters or simply say, “an apartment in a warm climate” or “a house in a city with great infrastructure.”
And that’s not all — you’ll also be able to visualize the interiors of your dream home in stunning detail. Picture this: you put on augmented reality glasses, and suddenly you’re inside the property. You can decide where to place your favorite sofa, choose wallpaper, or even add an aquarium with golden fish. You can experiment with layouts, knock down walls, or paint them in bold colors — literally “feeling” your future home before signing any papers.
The idea is simple: the entire process becomes interactive and as realistic as possible. In the future, thanks to blockchain and other emerging technologies, this exciting experience can even end with a fully remote purchase. Over time, Dubadu will become a single button that takes you straight to your dream home.

All these possibilities are the promises of tomorrow, but they are already shaping the direction in which Dubadu is moving today.
At Dubadu, AI isn’t just technology — it’s a tool for the future, making the search, selection, and purchase of real estate more convenient, personal, and inspiring. We are building a platform that understands you, your vision, and your dreams, turning the process of finding a home into a true pleasure.
