We started in Ukraine, but we are going much further. We understand that to truly change the real estate market, we need to think globally. Our plans include creating a platform that will be accessible to people around the world, with a focus on quality, trust, and new technologies. We are confident that we can not only follow global trends but also set them.

The business model of the Dubadu platform is built on the placement of real estate advertisements. This is one of the main sources of income. However, it’s important for us not just to make money, but to create a service that brings value and improves the experience of every user. That’s why we don’t limit ourselves to a standard model.
In addition to placing ads, we are developing premium subscriptions, partner projects, and creating digital products like Forevers, which serve as an extension of the value of our platform. We strive to ensure that anyone who comes to Dubadu feels that they are not just using a service, but becoming part of something bigger and more convenient for them.
What’s the main uniqueness of our platform? It’s all about the videos! We’ve moved away from standard photos and PDF files. On Dubadu, you will only find dynamic videos that provide detailed information about each property.
We want our service to not just show you homes and apartments, but to help you feel them, as if you were already there. The atmosphere, the details, the overall image. No misleading data, no imaginary properties. Only the truth.
Our goal is to make the process of choosing a home more honest and reliable. In the near future, it will be impossible to post misleading information on the platform. We are setting ourselves an ambitious task — to change the real estate market the way Airbnb changed the short-term rental market and Booking.com changed hotel bookings. We are confident that we will change the game by making the real estate market transparent and accessible to every client.
We will know that Dubadu has truly become a global platform when we enter markets such as the USA and China. These countries set global trends, and we are confident that our project will occupy a worthy place there. When we reach a million monetized listings per day, that will not just be a number for us — it will be confirmation that we have truly changed the market.
However, as I’ve already mentioned, geographical expansion is not our only goal. We strive to create a platform that will be convenient and useful for people in different parts of the world. With us, clients will see properties from all over the world — this expands horizons and paves the way to bigger dreams.

For example, property descriptions are now generated by artificial intelligence, which significantly speeds up the process and eliminates potential errors. Real estate agents no longer need to spend time writing texts for listings. Instead, with just one click, the system generates a description, considering all the key features of the property.
Every week, we implement new updates. This includes multilingual capabilities, improvements in platform functionality and design, and security settings. We also actively analyze user behavior to constantly adapt the platform to their needs.
